WATCO equals We Are The Cheapest Outfit. Pay is low, and they absolutely loathe paying any overtime on many of their railroads. Be sure you can live on 40 hours (and sometimes less) per week of whatever wage they offer you. Also, be prepared to work more than five days per week to try and get your 40 hours in.
