Too bad, looks like we lost another one. An addition to Mr. Butlers history, unit spent some time on the former Frisco in the early 1980's in exchange for some worn out and cranky Frisco GP-35's that came up to the northwest. Fortunately the it came back in the mid-1980's. Unit has a lot of history under it's belt. It's ironic that a former NP unit was the last unit rebuilt at a GN shop. (Got a friend that used to work there at the time, it barely made it out---if they didn't get it done by shut down date it was going to get cut up, no matter how close to done it was---part of the former Frisco managment's scorched earth style of doing things. A lot of people made it a point to get it done as a matter of pride.)
