"That's No Steam Locomotive"

Here's an article from the Webster-Kirkwood [Missouri] Times about a recent incident where a locomotive on a coal train heading east up Kirkwood Hill caught fire. What's interesting is the photo (click to enlarge).

That's a pretty impressive plume of smoke. Since it's a coal train, maybe the locomotive is a coal burner.
