Class 1 track is 10 mph.
Class 2 track is 25 mph.
Class 3 track is 40 mph.
Class 4 track is 60 mph.

There are also class 5 and 6. The above speeds are freight maximums as governed by FRA standards. Passenger speeds are higher but I don't know them off hand.
