I think that the Chinese 2-8-2's might be too small. The C&S 900 class engines that ran
until summer of '59 were pretty big drag machines. If the wheelbase weren't too long and
there was still one around, it'd maybe make a good puller for that line. A QJ might do well
there also.
My idea of the ideal locomotive for them is Grand Canyon 29, which is even bigger than 18.
