Hetch-Hetchy junction is on private ranch property. I was in there about 15 years ago with Ted Benson during a Sierra excursion to Cooperstown. The Hetch-Hetchy ROW crosses highway J59 about 3 miles south of Keystone. As I recall, you drive on the ROW to access the ranch. The ranch house is right along the Sierra ROW, so there's no way to sneak in.
