On the definition of "Disconnect"

One requisite to a "disconnct" may be it's lack of direct shop access. SLUT has it's own shop. But Transit doesn't own SLUT.
Disney's line has it's own, genuine, barn.
The Seattle Center monorail has it's shop under the north station.
Neville Island was a middle of the street operation.
The Seattle Waterfront Streetcar had a light maintenance shop. A custom trailer provided access to the system shop.
Realized that the last East Coast disconnect that I was attempting to find, mentally, has it's light maintenance shop in the downtown loop.
Maybe we should define a Disconnect as one not being rail connected to the parent system.
Thus, if there is no parent system, it can't be a Disconnect.
