Just as an aside, there's an excellent book on the Fruit Growers Supply. Having said that, I've
got two of them, have no idea where either is located but do remember that the book exists and
was done within the last five years. As to Hilt, the what?? It's totally amazing how something
with as extensive a set of structures as was located at the mill just disappears. Pasquenta pretty
much did the same thing, in fact after Lassen Forest reclaimed the deck piles there was barely
any bark or anything else left. The FGS line along Hwy 44 in Lassen County sucks for pictures as
does the line south out of Hilt.
