No... the one on the truck is a faux mock up, a doppleganger if you will, made to look exactly like the real locomotive, but not at quite the same scale (the one on the truck frame is smaller when you get right up to it).

Last I heard (as late as last week) it was still downtown by the old SP Cornfield.
