Thanks, Sammie, for your insight into Ewe - Pee's ' shortline relationships ' and tactics. Would it do any good to inform the STB of UP's failures in this area ??? Or just result in more paperwork & burnt bridges ???
To Dan, I don't know what Eugene Yard looked like in the glory days of Espee, but it is worth noting that currently the largest rail presence is the Diesel Shop, painted & lettered for CORP !!! It's almost as if Ewe - Pee is embarrassed about the whole place.
