Excellent shot! At first I thought it was at Penn or GCT but the crowd wasn't big enough. ;-)

Those MUs look like the ones also used on the Long Island RR. We visited family in early summer and rode LIRR in from their place on the Island to do Liberty & some shopping - not bad except for one trip where they had something more like old BART cars that didn't have enough battery to hold the lights across the 3rd rail gaps at grade crossings (yes, they do have grade crossings, diesel freight service, and 3rd rail power) let alone the crossovers going into Penn.
