Steve, get your facts straight. Nestle bought a very specific amount of water rights when they
bought the mill property. They had sought additional water to try and make the venture more
profitable but would have started up on the purchased rights. The market right now won't support
the venture and that's that. Had the volume increased to the potential levels there would have been the potential for inbound plastic but if that was the sole traffic into McCloud it would have
been cheaper to maintain the transload point in Shasta City. Nestle is a business, run very well
and not some onerous beast trying to f'over the wonderful forests of the north.
