I have it on good authority that the POTB is doing exactly that. They have scrapped the locomotives that were purchased as parts for the runners. There is not a current plan to scrap any of the working units.

As for the golf course. As of the last board meeting on Tuesday night, the board stood by there motion not to use any of the FEMA funds towards a resort/golf course.
