Goombay Sunrise

This is the name of the private railcar I spotted at Portland Union Station this afternoon. Its reporting marks are GBRX 800224. I know that it belongs to Greenbrier Rail Services, and is usually kept at the Gunderson railcar plant in northwest Portland.

I don't know its lineage, but it looks like one of the former C&O/B&O sleeper-lounge-observations built by Pullman-Standard around 1950. It's painted in Lackawanna colors.

Can anyone help me find out its lineage? Thanks.
