Happened to be in the area this weekend picking up a blower for the 801 in Seattle. Was amazed at the high quality trackwork, surfacing and alignment present. Goes to show what can be done with unlimited taxpayer funding...if only the shortlines which provide a much more practical service could get just a fraction of that money...HEAVEN on earth!!!
