It may not be in the Black Widow scheme, but even GWI corporate colors look better than the patched, faded red-and-grey "bloody nose" paint this unit wore before P&W rehabbed it. I photographed it several times along the P&W when it was on lease from LLW, and it looked positively U-G-L-Y in its old SP garb.

Incidentally, there is, or was, one P&W unit, GP9 #1801, in the Black Widow scheme. If it is still in service, I think it operates out of Albany, Ore. down on the south end of the system.
