Military Rd, Seattle

Drove past Military Rd, in Seattle yesterday, and noticed that there were fewer stored UP locomotives there than just 3 weeks before. Are some being picked out for retirement/scrap/auction? I don't imagine that they are being moved to another storage area, unless capacity is an issue. Anyone got the skinny?
