Sierra Northern taking over Santa Cruz branch

While wandering through the STB website today I found a Lease and Operation Exemption to the effect that Sierra Northern is leasing and operating the Santa Cruz branch. The exemption proposes to consumate the lease in December 2009. The document can be seen at the following link:
