Switch backs, how many?

I saw a picture of a railroad in Peru the other day that had some switch backs on it, and it made me wounder how many active service switch backs there are in the US. I can think of three, the Roaring Camp & Big Trees NG, The Mount Hood Scenic, and I believe the renaming potion of the McCloud (not 100% sure on that last one). Anybody know of others, specifically any ones that still see freight service?
