At one time, that was Coast Oil's office and warehouse (my mother worked for Coast for a while) and, as I recall, a furniture "liquidator" was there. As far as I know, the building is still there but I don't know who uses it. The airport removal project was East of Coleman Ave. as far as the Guadalupe. This building faces Stockton Ave.
