James Riffin

A family member has been taken for a large sum of money by James Riffin. James Riffin has now filed for bankruptcy in a Maryland Court.

If anyone has information about him I would be very interested in receiving such. It appears based on his actions that he is a con artist who ties up courts and attempts to legally extort money from government entities. If you know of any properties which Riffin owns and can be disclosed to the Bankruptcy court or attached to satisfy this debt, please let me know.
