Re: What happened to all Amtraks P40's 800-840?

Several were parked on the back tracks at Ivy City (DC) a few months ago. There were rust streaks running down the car bodies from the dynamic brake grids. Heard with the new funding they were going in for major shopping - probably at Beech Grove.
