Although one person does not represent the population as a whole, I work with a fellow "engineer" that went through the Modoc school. He is about as clueless as they come. I think I could teach my dog more about locomotives and how to run them than what he learned at that place. He has told me how much he paid for the tuition there (in line with previous posts on this thread), and I have told him repeatedly that he should try to get his money back based on what they obviously didn't teach him there.
