No drug test for the train crew. Crossing accidents or trespasser fatalities are not a reason to test in fact the regulations exempt these from testing unless the is a reasonable suspicion by a manager for the railroad that the crew needs to be tested. Everyone of these type of incidents takes a toll on the train crew, just out doing there job and then someone decides to involve evryone on the train and in the respone community with there problems and there will now be more calls for more fencing and more security up and donw the right of way
