Time to Clean SMART's House?

The financial math is killing SMART.

But the math hasn't changed since last spring. The only difference is that
SMART's General Manager is finally coming clean (partly at least) about
their prospects.

Without federal funding, the SMART train will never ever get to
Cloverdale or Healdsburg.

Maybe some rail supporters ought to realize that a big part of the problem
is the General Manager who has misled the public for years regarding
the SMART's finances. She is getting hoisted on her own petard.
