TCRY last quite a bit of traffic to the BNSF, as well as layed off 17+ of 30 employees. They still manage to switch at Lamb Weston (Richland) in the morning before they allow BNSF to come out past the Airport (0730-0830). Mid-day, the TCRY has been known to follow (within a few hundred yards) the BNSF job back to Richland Jct.

BNSF is not allowed (yet) on the Hanford site due to badging requirements, and yes, TCRY was supposed to have gone out on Thursday, but I'm not sure it did happen. They take radiological shipments to a facility in N. Richland.

The UP unit grain trains have not been as frequent (2+ months ago), and the stock pile at the unloading facility is still guite large. The TCRY is contracting out the balloon track work currently.

I too commute past their track through Richland and beyond.
