When I was CMO on San Diego and Imperial Valley Railroad, I found a cache of old NW and SW NOS parts in the enginehouse in San Ysidro. Could have been taken there from this enginehouse. Unless something has changed in San Diego recently, Carrizo Gorge only operates up to Tijuana and interchanges with SDIV in San Ysidro.
