I can't imagine UP wanting to have the operational hassles of #1 track between Eder and Norden. I could see them putting it back between Shed 47 and Eder or even grading some new ROW to get it up to the east portal of Tunnel 41.

Restoring the second track between Shed 10 and Emigrant Gap seems logical with the amount of business the route is seeing, but we'll have to see how long it will be before the delays of trains holding at the Gap or Shed 10 will inspire some building.
