Sonoma County wants SMART priority

Sonoma County pols are unhappy that funding is going first to rebuilding Marin's derelict trackage. IMHO SMART is totally correct in emphasizing rehabilitatng the long abandoned Marin segment of the NWP. That is about the only aspect of the SMART plan I like - the rest, the doodlebugs, the commute only, the bike path - forget it.
