As pointed out in a recent op-ed, SMART's financial problems are
far larger than they're disclosing.

As a consequence, the cuts in service that will need to be
made to balance the books will be far deeper than the most
ardent supporters expect. It'll be supporter vs. supporter.

Taking bets on who loses out.

I'd guess the bikers are first in line
Weekend service
Shuttles.
Midday service
Service north of Santa Rosa

They're all at risk
