It just so happens that I've recently obtained a copy of the book "Washington State Railroad Depots" by Clive and Ann Carter (no relation).

In it there is a photo of the "new" Milwaukee Road depot. The book states that the depot was located on Milwaukee Way and 11th st. You can see the 11th St Viaduct in the background of the photo. I can state with a large degree of confidence that the building is long gone. The building was on the west side of Milwaukee way, which is now used to support intermodal transportation.
