HRS, while local trains and busses cut way back

At a time when Caltrain, Metrolink, Amtrak California and many local and big city bus and lite rail lines are cutting service, because corrupt politicians have been ripping off transit funds for many many years they are going full speed ahead with HSR and the hundreds of billions it will cost for a very few riders!
Too bad out two worthless Boxer and Fienstine wasted their votes on Healthcare where they could have asked Obama for emergency funds to keep the local transits cuts to a minimum
Other states like Louisiana got hundreds of millions for their bribes and California as always got nothing!
