Nice, Steve. I remember when we (the WP) put in that track at Kearney (old TWS station) for Foster Farms. I was probably there for every day of surveying at that project. That was the project that got the TWS rebuilt with lots of CWR to replace the 60# stuff that used to be out there. It was built to handle the then-standard 75-car train. It had the 3 "yard" tracks and a tail. I see from Google that it has been re-configured into a full loop. We also did the plan for the Merrill Milling elevator expansion next door at about the same time. (1979/80) I liked the beige Alco better than the UP SW.
