Actually these are not new. They are first generation Railpower hybrids. Attached is a link to a website on Green Power. It states the 3 units are at Hill for possible conversion from hybrid to true genset. One give away that these were hybrids is the "buttons" on the top of the long hood to vent battery gasses, and no radiators.
