Most of above is correct. The West valley line along I-5 exchange cars at Cortina near Williams,Ca. great resturant at Williams. Using gensets now. UP power into Napa, usually on Wed.

If you have time , drop by Western Railway Museum, H-12, not far from Suisun/Fairfield station.---WRM.ORG---
