Yakima train today

Saw a train today in Yakima headed north. Must have been 11:00. Is this a Pasco-Auburn train? Or is this overflow from the Gorge or Steven's Pass? It was all mixed freight and some work train stuff (concrete ties?) behind the locomotives. I missed seeing the frond end close up so im not sure what it was at the front half of the train for sure. Four GE motors up front elephant-style.
