Most likely time for a fire

Just a note for preservationists. The single most likely time that a wooden structure will burn is during restoration or remodeling. A depot can survive a hundred years of punishing weather, then burn up when a 100 Watt lamp is left on overnight. If you are ever in charge of a restoration effort in progress, please pull the main electrical box switch before going home.
