I don't think they heat new wheel tires with that method.
This was the removal process.
For the heating before mounting they heat uniformly the new tire in a induction heater or a industrial owen.
You can't use that method (induction) because it would heat up the whole wheel.

I know that Meiningen in Thuringen uses an induction heater.
