The bicycle plaintiffs don't have a chance of success. Many streets around the nation have streetcar tracks, old interurban tracks, Class I rail tracks, branchlines, spurs, sidings, et al--running down a paved street or at least a portion of a paved street.. Are they going to sue the USA and FRA, STB, and every community transit system and/or railroad corporation because they don't know how to ride a damn bike or can't SEE where they are going ???

Duh!! Give me a dang break.
