Starting to??

30 years ago UP was using GP30's and SD40's in the yards. Today most yard power is GP38-2's, GP40-2's and SD40-2's, along with GP15-1's, gensets, SD38-2's and MP15AC's. There are less than 2 dozen SW1500's in service and probably not more than 30 or 40 MP15DC's ins ervice, and it's been that way for a very long time.
