Your Federal Way analogy is full of crap. This Alco has an historical connection to Fife. It brought log trains off what is now the Tacoma Rail Mountain Division into Fife, and then backed them to the muni on the Tideflats. It certainly has more connection to Fife than to some SP spinoff in Portland.
