Here are three shots to share of some old pieces of Los Angeles basin railroading that have survived.
First is of the Pacific Electric Grand Canal Bridge in Venice. Now part of a parking lot, this used to host Big Red Cars (and can be seen in some PE books with the interurbans running across it). Question to all - by driving over this, do I get credit for the rare mileage?

Second is of the Los Angeles & Salt Lake 2-8-0 that sits in Fairmont Park in Riverside, CA.

And third, is the Santa Fe depot in Redlands, CA, which was once on the loop line that ran from San Bernardino to San Bernardino, via an oval.
