POTB is all but shut down with no plans to rebuild. The Port is using the FEMA money on industrial park improvements. Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad still operates passenger trains Garibaldi-Rockaway Beach; Banks Lumber is still switched at the extreme east end of the line (with access to P&W).

They have been scrapping out the ex-BN SD9s for some time. Doubt they'd be sold, given they would have to be trucked back to Banks back to live rail. Doyle McCormack's F9 was sold to the OCSR group, however.
