The CFNR GP15-1's are actually on a long-term lease from LLPX... I believe that a new lease (or an extension of the original lease) was signed back in 1996 for units #103-113, but I do not know the duration of the new/extended lease.

The Apalachicola Northern also had GP15T's, but they lacked dynamic braking.
