If one thinks the purpose of the Port of Tillamook Bay is to operate a railroad, you need to learn about Ports and their goals. We just need to accept the fact that the rail operations from Tillamook to Banks are a thing of the past and enjoy/support the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad.
