Here are a couple shots from last week in Alaska... a little more scenery weighted and oddity slanted than my usual, but everyone needs a change of pace.
First is of downtown Skagway and the Summit Excursion train on the Broadway Dock from the Lido Deck of one of the cruise ships. This train was led by two of the GE shovel noses, sandwiching a DL535E. Unfortunately, they're hidden by the trees (you can sort of see the lone DL535E(W) working as a switcher in the shot though).

Second is also in Skagway, and of another Summit Excursion, this one on the Ore Dock and led by two DL535Es.

Third shot is in Juneau, and is my introduction to the 1.5 ton Mancha trammer (now that is a small locomotive). It is on display at the cruise ships docks, and across from what I believe is an ore dump station for the Alaska Juneau Mine.

Thanks for looking and corrections are welcome.
