That trip, during the water stop at Orland, was my first major confrontation with the late Brad Miller. He ordered my wife, in the name of Ben Biagini, off SP property because she was too close to his microphones. A later call to Andy Anderson resulted in an apology from the SP to us and SP cops paying Miller a visit with a warning to never represent himself as having any railroad authority again.
