What do you mean by "small minded men within the PLA succeed in kicking them out"? I didn't know the GGRM was planning to stay.

I thought that the GGRM was still looking for a new home on the penninsula. I thought the plan was for them to be in Niles Canyon only temporarily until their new home was found. Bayshore was talked about a lot when they were first looking to move from Hunters Point. From this news story it looks like there may be some hope in Bayshore being saved. Wouldn't the GGRM want to go there and get back to running on the penninsula? Or are they planning to permanently stay in Niles Canyon?
