I would not have signed that agreement either. Give up my rights to utilize the RR that I operate to somebody else, what next, you can maintain the RR, run freight except for new business between June and October...

Come on no wonder it too so long to get the line sold to Santa Cruz they probably wanted Uncle Pete to guarantee them a profit regardless of actual revenue.

As it stands now, Sierra can do what it wants for storage and freight service and forget about a diner train and Santa Cruz county.

Bully for them I say......
