CORP (?) Yard North of Roseburg OR

While driving Southbound on I-5 from Eugene to Medford Oregon on September 15, I saw what once must have been a busy yard West of the freeway a couple miles North of Roseburg. I am guessing this is the former SP line now CORP. The yard was empty except for a blue locomotive with three gondola cars. A number of men with heavy machinery were working around the rails at various locations in the yard. I did not have time to look any closer. My guess is that they would maybe be pulling up rails shortly.

What's the status of this yard and this line?
